SAN FRANCISCO, July 4 (UPI) -- Andre Ethier had a two-run double in five-run sixth inning, and also homered Friday to help the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 10-7 victory at San Francisco.

Ethier finished with three hits, including the solo homer in the top of the fifth, giving him three RBI in all. The double put LA ahead to stay.

Russell Martin and Nomar Garciaparra had two hits and two RBI apiece, while four players knocked in one run in the Dodgers' fourth straight victory.

The winner was starter Derek Lowe (6-8). Closer Takashi Saito earned his 15th save with a 1-2-3 ninth.

San Francisco's Aaron Rowand had three hits and two RBI, and a run scored on Rich Aurilia's eighth-inning double-play ground-out. Fred Lewis and Bengie Molina had one RBI each.

Lewis and Ray Durham had two hits each for the Giants, who have dropped two of three.

The losing pitcher was reliever Osiris Matos (0-1).
